For General Notary Work- Fees are based from the total number of notary stamps required, plus a travel charge which is based on location of the signing.

For real estate or estate planning document disclosure, I offer package pricing.

Additional services offered are: witnesses and print/scan/ship.

Note: I do not travel to jails or prisons for notary signings.

When working with a potential client, I like to confirm the number of documents/notary stamps, the number of signers, and whether or not any witnesses are required for any signatures. Other items discussed are location, time, and the confirmation of identification.

I started by being a notary for my job and retained my commission. Prior to going full time, I was a Director for a signing service at a large title company. I have a passion for perfection and I understand the implications that can happen from a bad signing.

I was recently hired to assist a senior with a Medicare POA at a nursing home. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the person did not have identification. I was able to recommend using the state approved credible witness process for identification and complete the notary. The job was finished within an hour.

Notaries are not attorneys so they cannot offer legal advice or prepare documents. Documents should be completed before the signing starts.  Notaries cannot use a translator. They must be able to communicate in the same language as the signer. It is important to seek out a notary that is bi-lingual to avoid any confusion.  Time and travel are important considerations when booking a notary. Since notaries typically work by appointment, handling multiple documents may require additional time. Travel fees are also applied based on the distance and time required to reach your location. These fees are separate from the standard notarization charges and will be discussed upfront so there are no surprises.
